Transición e insatisfacción democrática: Análisis comparado de factores en el Perú (2000-2003)
Abstract
The work aims to decipher possible alterations in the determining factors in democratic satisfaction during the transition period in Peru. Latinobarómetro data are processed in such a way that, by means of a backward stepwise binary logistic regression, variables relevant to the dependent (democratic satisfaction) can be resolved in each of the years of comparative study (2000 and 2003). This is tabulated in such a way that the difference between the significance of each dimension in one year compared to the other can be exposed. Finally, making use of the procedural dimension graph proposed by Leonardo Morlino's proposed theory, a model is elaborated from which the changes in the relational or internal significance of the three dimensions can be visualized. It is concluded that the existence of an alteration in the process and a renewed relationship between determining factors is correct.
